Room Rates

Book direct with us on our secure website, £30 cheaper than anywhere else. We offer free cancellation and your credit card and personal details are securely stored on our booking platform, Freetobook. 

We are an adults only guest house so you have to be over 18 to stay and for the comfort of all guests we do not accept pets or wedding parties.

Prices are per room, per night, based on two people and includes breakfast. For single occupancy please deduct £15 per night. We take payment 14 days before arrival (28 days if booked through a third party platform) If you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days of arrival or just don’t turn up then you will be charged the full cost of your booking with us. Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival will not incur a charge (28 days using a third party platform)
